Return Eligibility
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Please do not send any items back without receiving return authorization from our support team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Non-Defective Returns
If you wish to return an item for reasons unrelated to product defects, damage, or shipping errors, you will be responsible for:

The item must meet all return eligibility requirements before a refund can be issued.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If a cancellation request is submitted after shipment, the order will be treated as a standard return.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery of an order without prior authorization, any return shipping costs, handling fees, or carrier charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item after approval and place a new order separately.

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to:

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
